Why you coach the way you do!

For those of us called to the 'people fields' - that's what I call the areas of therapy, counseling, coaching and anything like that, there's a reason why we show up this way in the world. Even before we really knew we were called to this, we functioned in it so easily. It's just who we are at the core of our being - helpers, feelers, people-driven (but in a really good way).
I've shared a time or two that I've lived A LOT of life. I have (so have many others). Because God allowed me to live so much life and overcome in those things, I coach. I love this life I'm living. I do! I love to speak life into individuals and have them speak life into me. For those of us who are like this, it's what we've been created for. We fill these voids in the earth! Don't you love that?!
'Today', yes this very day - had been so rich, full, refreshing, life-changing (for them and me) and purposeful. God saw 'today' way before we got here so He knew what would take place. As long as His heart is pleased with what has transpired on today in the gifts He's given us, it should be well with our souls. It is well...It is well!
